VP Fingerprint can be used to individually log in to ViewPoint securely without the hassle of remembering or changing passwords. Patients can sign in from On-Deck. And your staff can securely log in to Timeclock with the touch of a finger.

VP Signature lets you or others digitally sign and store documents safely and securely. Signature works with any Word document for a complete digital filing system without having to scan the document.

VP Imaging lets you import, view, and manipulate patient images directly inside the ViewPoint Patient Folder. You can compare two images side-by-side on your screen, edit image layouts for each patient, and change image color, size, and orientation. Then you have the seamless integration of images for an impressive case presentation, patient recognition in On-Deck Sign-In, and personalized correspondence.

ViewPoint Document lets you store exact copies of anything your office generates or receives, letting you take one giant leap toward a paperless practice.  Patient communications generated from ViewPoint are stored automatically, including statements, insurance forms, and merge letters.  In addition, virtually any document may be scanned in or captured via a special Portable Document Format (PDF) printer that is included with ViewPoint.  You may assign Sort Keywords in VP Document for efficient organization and retrieval, then review and print these archived items as needed, and they appear exactly as they looked when you sent them.

With ViewPoint Timeclock, you and your staff can easily clock in and out, check the work status of co-workers, use the message feature to keep each other informed of your schedules, and track work time for payroll. This simple and efficient feature eliminates the need for additional software or other cumbersome systems for monitoring this important aspect of your practice, saving you both time and money!
